From 3rd-26th May 2025, over a thousand artists, makers and designers will exhibit and demonstrate in artists' studios, pop-up galleries, glorious gardens, ancient churches, Oxford Colleges and hundreds of other interesting venues during Oxfordshire Art Weeks.

One of these talented artists is Alice Kwan whose work reflects her life journey so far of travel, food and experience.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, living in Oxford for nearly a decade, beautiful Oxfordian surroundings made Alice pick up her paintbrush again.

Being a travel lover and a cafe goer, her paintings are inspired from historical architecture, special moments on her journey, to more intimate and ordinary subjects like simply just a cup of tea, a memorable good time at a local favourite haunt.

"No need for any wise words, I want my art to make you think: My life is good"

"My subjects are inspired by my life in Oxford, the mundane and my travels. I wish my art can inspire you to appreciate the small sparkles in your life."
